Shipping & Delivery

At AIRE, we aim to provide a seamless and refined experience from order to delivery. Many of our pieces are made-to-order or vary in size, and therefore require custom shipping arrangements based on destination.

Shipping Destinations

We ship globally. If you are unable to complete your purchase through checkout, please contact us at info@airecollection.com or use the enquiry form on the product page. We’re happy to assist with bespoke shipping arrangements tailored to your needs.

Processing Time

  • Made-to-Order and Custom Items: Crafted upon order, typically requiring 4–12 weeks. Specific timelines are provided on each product page.

  • In-Stock Items: Processed within 2–5 business days, with delivery shortly thereafter.

Shipping Methods & Costs

For most items, shipping is quoted after checkout to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery. Costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

You will receive a separate email with your custom shipping quote. Should the quote not suit your needs, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

International Orders

We are delighted to serve clients worldwide. At present, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance.

As AIRE grows, our goal is to manage these details for you, offering a fully seamless, all-inclusive delivery experience for international orders. Should you require us to assist with this, please let us know and we can arrange this service.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your order’s journey.

Delivery Timeframes

  • In-Stock Items: 5–10 business days, depending on location.

  • Made-to-Order Items: 4–12 weeks for production, plus shipping.

  • Custom Orders: Timelines vary; an estimated delivery date will be provided after confirmation.

Split Shipping

Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items may ship separately. We will notify you if this applies to your order.

Handling Delays

Occasionally, unforeseen events such as customs delays or courier disruptions may occur. We will keep you informed if any delays arise.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@airecollection.com. We will assist you promptly in resolving the issue.
