Refund policy

At AIRE, we strive to ensure your experience is as seamless and satisfying as possible. Please see our guidelines for returns and exchanges below.

Eligibility for Returns: Only in-stock items are eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items: Made-to-order or bespoke items, custom or personalized products, and items marked as final sale.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@airecollection.com. We will provide the return address and detailed instructions. Unless the item is defective or damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, a store credit (credit memo) will be issued for the order amount, excluding shipping costs. Credit memos are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

For damaged or defective items, we may request photos or videos to assist in evaluating the issue and ensuring a smooth resolution. Refunds will also be provided if a custom shipping quote does not meet your expectations and the order is canceled before production and shipping is arranged.

Please Note: Shipping costs are quoted separately after your order is placed and do not affect your eligibility for returns on in-stock items. Refunds do not include any custom shipping charges incurred.
